We would like to give a practical introduction to all the things you as a founder/business owner needs to know to get some useful information from the book of accounts and being able to make the best choices moving forward. This includes a discussion about what accounting means, how to get it done as easy as possible and how it can support you in running and developing your company. In addition, we will take a look at budgeting and cashflow-management and different financial considerations the company must do to reach its goals.
